BE IT KNOKN, That on this nine teenth day of December, 1919, before me, the undersigned authority, duly commissioned and qualified according to law, and in the presence of the witnesses hereinafter named and un dersigned, ersonally came and ap peared R.S. Guenard a resident of Lake Providence, Louisiana. T. B. Lucas, Jeff B. Snyder, G. W. Gaines and A. J. Sevior, residents of Talllah, Louisian, and Geora S.
