Mr. Soulier went to New Orleans to attend the closing exercises of the Tulane University, his son Eugene Soulier, graduating in the dental department, who has the distinc tion of having been selected as the Valadictorian, which speaks high ly for this young gentleman, who completes his studies in his cho sen profession. Miss Leocade LeBlanc and Capt. Anthony N. Muller were united in marriage on Thursday evening at the home of the bride's parents. The wedding was a very quiet affair, there being only members of the two families present. The bride is the charming and accomplished daughter of Mr. J. (. LeBlanc, the Clerk of Court of this parish. Capt. Muller is a member of the Iberia bar with a bright future be fore Lim. He acquired his title in the Spanish-American war. He has served as District Attorney of the 19th Judicial Distriot. He has traveled extensively and is a polished gentleman. We wish the happy couple a long and joyous voyage, under pro. pitious skies, on life's seas, with a safe haven of rest for their old age. Des sence was marred Quite a crowd assembled at Church to witness the ceremony. The bride was faultlessly attired in pare white. She carried a lovely white boa quet, her veil being caught back by a spray of orange blossoms. She was attended by hbr sister, Miss Julia Thibodaux and Miss Ida Hebert. The groom's attendants were: Messrs. Ohas. Picoa, Jr., and 0lay. F. Thibodaut, of Amelia. The bride was escorted to the altar by her brother, Mr. 0. J. Thibodaux, of Gilson. The happy couple left on the af ternous train for New Orleans, where a part of their honeymoon will be spent.
