Jan. and Feb, of each year no per son or persons, without the eaueent of the Board of Health, shall build or use any slaughter house within the limits of the Corporation for the killing or sslugh r tering of cattle, sheep and hog. etc. f REGULATION IN REGARDS TO HO(gs. It is hereby ordained and enacted by this Board that it Is injurious to public health and detrimented to the sanitary conditiun of this Town that Hogs or swine be kept in the yards and enclo eures; 1. That it is therefore unlawful and it is hereby prohibited that more thanl one Hoe, whether in pen or at large, be kept in any one yard within the limits herein in this Corporation Included be- d tween Berard street. That any additioual hogs, or swine, c above this, found in any one yard. shall a be considered as roaming at large; shall t be impounded by the proper offcer, and dispose.l of as in similar cases; 3.
