fourths of the shares of the total amount
of stock. at a meeting convened for that
purpose, after ten day's notice in writ
ing mailed to the addre.,s of each stock
holder, and at least one advertisement
in the ottieial newspaper of Lafourche
Parish.
ARTICLE VIII.
At the expiration of this Charter, or if
soonc: dissolved, the afain of thfs cor
poration shall be liquidated by the Board
of Directors, who are hereby vested with
full power to sell any and all assets of
the corporation, and to convey full and
complete title, thereto, and shall have
full power to do and perform all aets
nececssary and proper to fully and com
pletely liquidate the affairs and distri

of stock held by each.
ARTICLE IX.
The following inamed persons shall con
