ARTICLE III. The capital stock of this corpora r, lion is hereby declared to be one hundred and twenty thousand dollars, divided into twelve hundred shares of A one hundred dollars each, all paid up at the signing of this amt n. ARTICLE IV. The business affairs of this corpor ation shall be administered by a Board of Directors not to exceed six in number and not to be lass than three in number each of whom must s be owners of one or more abhaes of the capital stock of the company.
