or syrup and the manufaeture of
same into sugar; the evaporation and
making into sugar and other products
ofasyrups or juices at a price to be C
agreed upon; the purchase and sale
of real and personal property and
buildings and factories or plants; the
purchase, building and operating of
railways, tramways, fat-boat or
steamboat line as accessory to and
for the purposes of carryinag out the
objects of this corporation; the con
struction, maintenance and operation

and other things appurtenant te the

ufactunng and to the business of a
central sugar factory.
ARTICLE IIL
The capital stock of this corpora
p tion is hereby declared to be one
hundred and twesty thousand dollars,
divided late twelve hnadred shres of

L ARTICLR IV.
The busneses akirs of this corpor
- ation shall be admmnistered by a
Board of Directors not to exceed six
in number and not to Ie les than

the capital stock of the company.
Said board shall be elected annually
on the second Monday of January by
a general meeting of the stockholders
of time company after due notice of
ten days given by mail by the Secre
tary to each person owning stock as
shown by the books of the corpora
tion, save that the board of direotoas

seooed Monday in January, 1904,
and all board shall holbd over until
