If he does not succeed in getting a judge the term will likely be continued until December, when Judge Burr will bs in a position to come. Mr. lichenor is superintendent of milk sup plies on the Wisconsin Central, between Waukesha and Chicago. C. J. Mohr and W. A. Bosine of Rapidan, Minn., came in on No. 3 Friday. These gentlemen own five section of land in the vicinity of N«w England and went out this (Saturday) morning to look after their property there. Threshing is about finished on the Rader farm two miles north of town, yheat runs 26 bushels per acre from a 50-acre field and the yield would un doubtedly have been larger but foi the fact that the grain shelled somewhat before cutting. Speltz averaged 53 bushels and both grains were of the highest quality.
