Every desirable house in the city, practically, is (Jccuiied, and hundreds of people have stored their furniture because they cannot get a place to live in. There are no new buildings going up and will not, until owners get accustomed to the high prices of BUII/DING MATERIAL -which have come to stay. With any kind of a fair crop next year, there will not be half enough modern houses in Minot (some say there are not half enough now). This means that the average six-room modern house a year from today will be selling for from $700 to $1200 more than you car. buy it for today, and even" at that there will not be half enough to so around. There are hundreds of new business men coming to Minot every year, traveling salesmen, mer chants. and professional people. The fiats and houses are full where are •they going to live" These people will be in the market to buy houses. Why don't you buy yours before this big demand starts? Now is the time. 1 have several new mocievn houses that were built when material was 40 percent less than it is now. and I am going to give those who wish houses the benefit of the old prices, as.lon^ as the houses last.
