church at 10:00 today and the remains
were laid to rest in the local cemetary.

Mrs. Hagendorf of Thorne passed
away at the General hospital in this
city while undergoing a critical opera
tion. Her husband arrived later and
the remains were shipped to Thorne
today where the funeral will be held.
She is the mother of two -small chil
dren Who are left to mourn her death.

ternational harvester company gasoline
engine, to secure the payment of the
sum of $96.23 which mortgage was- duly
filed in the office of the register of deeds
of Ramsey county, North Dakota, on
April 9th, 1914, and
Whereas, default has been made in the
terms of said mortgage by reason of non
payment after due and the amount
claimed to be due thereon at this date
is $107.72.
Now, therefore, notice is heerby given
that by virtue of said mortgage and by
order of said mortgagees, the present
owners thereof, I will sell the above des
cribed chattels at front door of the post
office in village of Webster, county of
Ramsey, State of North Dakota at the
hour of 1 o'clock p. m. on the 30th day
of January, A. D. 1915.

tion, mortaggees, his certain chattel
mortgagee dated Oct. 6th, 1913, wherein
and whereby said mortgagor mortgaged
to said mortgagees the following des
cribed personal property, to-wlt:
1 Great Northern top buggy, 1 sorrel
mare 3 years old named "Dill" weight
about 950 1 bay gelding 2 years old
named "Chance" weight about 750 lbs.
(Dead), to secure the payment of the
sum of Eighty ($80.00) Dollars which
mortgage was duly filed1 in the office of
the register of deeds of Ramsey county,
North Dakota, on Oct. 7th, 1913.
And whereas, default has been made
in the terms of said mortgage by reason
of non-payment after due and the
amount claimed to be due thereon at
this date is $90.32.
Now, therefore notice is hereby given
that by virtue of said mortgage and by
order of said mortgagees, the. present
owners thereof, I will sell the above
described chattels at the front door of
the post office in village of Webster,
county of Ramsey, State of North Da
kota, at the hour of 1 o'clock p. m. on
