Myrick, H. C. Thomson and Jos. Morin. W. K. Foster appeared before the board asking that certain lots in Foster's Addition to Bathgate village be stricken from the assessment roll of said viilage, same being assessed as farm lands in sec. 3, 162, 83. He also alleges that these these lots are properly vacated. Re solved that the county auditor be in structed to ccnler with the state's attor ney as to the vacation, and if properly vacated to strike said lots from the as sessment roll.
