EL PASO.
Notice is hereby given that It is the
intention of the city of El vaso. El Paso
county, Texas, in us corporate capacity,
and of citizens thereof, to aiJv to the
legislature of the state or Texas, to
amend the charter of said city in the
following particulars among others, to
wit: By making city taxes become delin
quent on the 31st day of July of each
year.
By enlarging the city limits by in
cluding therein the entire addition of
Highland Park, all of Military Heights
addition, south of McKlnney street.
Grand View addition. south of
McKinley street all of Altura
Park addition. all of Govern
ment Hill addition, all of East El Paso
