muzzled within the corporate limits of
the city of El Paso, will be taken up,
impounded and- destroyed, if not
promptly redeemed. The payment of a
license tax on the dog will not prevent
his destruction if he is permitted to
run at large unmuzzled. The proper

employes are especially charged with
the duty of enforcing this prolamation.
