Wyatt was relieved as re ceiver of the waterworks Tuesday after noon. The papers were sijmed by John M. Wyatt as receiver and V. H. Burges as representative of the stockholders in j the International Water company and for approval. !Mr. Wyatt was appointed receiver on Dec. 24, "1909, and has been in charge since then, though the waterworks have been controled by the city since Oct. 1.
