WHAT THE MESILLA VALLEY
WANTS IS YOU.
North of El Paso, where they have
all the water they want, where the
farmers have their automobiles and
run Into El Paso in 40 to 60 minutes to
enjoy the opera. Think of it 50 to 75
bushels of wheat to the acre at $1.10
per bushel THIS SEASON. $40 per acre
for unimproved land level as the floor.
$75 for highly improved farms, with
the wonderful fertilizing water of the
Rio Grande, which is now earning 10
percent Interest on $500 an acre, is
bound to double and quadruple in value
annually for several years, and in the
meantime, working it on shares, not
ever having to go near the tract, It
will earn you 25 to 40 percent per an
num profit. Js there anything in these
broad United States to equal such a
proposition? And the field is so limited
and the market for the products 'so
great, that we feel it our duty to urge
YOU to investigate NOW before It Is
too late. Of course, you know (if you
are at all posted), that R. C. Bailey,
who practicallv farmed in this valley
25 years, has the best listings, and is
the "best posted on the proposition. Let
us talk It over.
