AN ORDINANCE CREATING A WHOLESALE POULTRY DISTRICT AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF -THE CITY OF EL - PASO. Section 1 It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person or persons to have on hand or keep on hand on any one premises for sale or ottter purpose mors than 48 live domestic fowls or poultry with in that portion of the corporate limits of the City of El Paso embraced within tne following territory, viz.: Bounded on the north by- Missouri street: on the east by North and South Campbell street; on the south by First1 street produced, on the west by North and South Santa Fe street; provided that any person may have on hand and keep at any one time at any one market, live domestic fowls and poul try not to exceed four dozen in num ber. Section 2 All that territory within the cor porate limits of the City of El Paso embraced within the following boun daries is hereby set apart and desig nated as a wholesale poultry district for the keeping of live domestic fowls and poultry in any number, towit: Bounded on the north by Second street; on the west by the first alley west of South Santa Fe street run ning parallel therewith; on the south by the Rio Grande and on the east by the first alley east of South J5anta Fe street running parallel therewith.
