revenue agents are expected to result
in a score, of prosecutions in the federal
courts according to a statement of fed
eral officials today. The confiscation
is the result of an examination of sev
eral million pounds of butter stored in
several warehouses. It is charged that
the outter is adulterated with -more
than 16 percent water.

CUNNINGHAM HEIRS
" WIN MINING SUIT
Tombstone, Arix, Feb. 38. The cele
brated CosteUo-Cunningh&m suit In
volving several claims In the Warren
mining district has been decided by
judge Smith of Prescott judge Sutter
of Tombstone disqualifying in the case.
The decision virtually gives the heirs
of Paddy Cunningham 5125.000, the
action being brought for an even half
million. The suit involved several
claims. Including the selebrated Irish
Mag. of Bisbee, which Martin CosteUe,
deceased, sold and this suit was brought
to- recover by the heirs of the late
Paddy Cunningham. In ail probability
the case will be. appealed.
M. D. Scrlbner, one of the early com
ers to Tombstone, died from pneu
monia. Mr. Soribner came to Tombstone
in 1SS1 and was identified with many
business ven tares here for years. Mr
Scribner was 58 years old and was
born in Washintgon, La. He was a
member of the Masonic and Elk fraternities.
