Coleman, from whom it was "lifted" last week, is the first definite result of mayor Cruz's; campaign against American "con" men operating in the Mexican town across the border Coleman, who comes from Detroit, ilich.. visited Juarez last week and was "introduced" to the notorious citrar jrame, which has claimed dozens of vic tims.
