Order authorizing the transfer of bonds: This 28th day of September. 1915. there came on to be considered, the question of -a proper division of the Permanent School fund of El Paso county, Texas, making an equitable ap portionment of said permanent school fund to Culberson county by reason of the fact that the said Permanent School fund was gien by the state of Texas, to the territory now comprising both counties of El Paso and Culberson, a.nd for the further reason that a certain portion of the county of El Paso has been created into what is now known m,.u&u aUu .. c milieu a. The following facts have been made to appear to the court: At the time the diwsion was made of El Paso county in April. 1911. it was Intended to segregate the. liabili ties of such a portion of El Paso county as later become Culberson county; and. "Whereas, Certain bonds, being liabili ties of El Paso county were assumed by Culberson county. It now jflevelops that the Permanent School fund of El LPaso county, which consists of certain vendor lien notes, bonds and unsold school lands, still remains as the prop erty of El Paso count, no division hav ing been made of the aboe fund to Culberson countv, which division should have been made by reason of such sep aration. It further appears to the court that a fair and equitable portion of such Permanent School fund be placed at ten thousand ($10,006 00) dollars. It has been made to appear that the most advisable way for this amount to be given Culberson county is In the form of bopds In the amount of ten thousand ($10,000 00) dollars, which bonds now form a part of the invest ment of such Permanent School fund. In view of the facts set forth above, motion is made by commissioner J. M. Walling and duly seconded by com missioner Seth B. Orndorff and carried as follows: The county school depository of EI Paso county Is hereby ordered to de liver to the county school depository of Culberson county, on written order signed by the county superintendent of n,i i-aso county, the following described bonds Eight first mortgage bonds. Van Horn common school district No. 8, numbers one to eight Inclusive, par value one thousand dollars each, dated April 10. 1909. due 15 years after date: two first mortgage bonds.
