The man in the case la a widower, a brothennlaw of the two sisters who filed the original complaint against the third woman After the fining had ended the man had his sa He engaged the serrices of the justice of the peace and the man in the case and the woman against whom the first original eom plaints were filed were married Sat urday afternoon WEDNESDAY GUM, FACE POWDER, LOOT IN ROBBERY OF STORE Alberto Jopez, (06 Hill" street, was arrested Friday night by the police, and is being held in an Investigation of the robbery of a store at 1006 I South El Paso street. The police first j received a call from A. Gonzalez one of the proprietors of the store, who said he had captured a burglar Ar rived at the store they arrested I Lopez, who they said, had a quantity t of merchandise hidden inside of his shirt. The proprietor said entrance to the store had been sained bv Dry ing the lower half of a rear door open and crawling through the aptr ture At police headquarters the police say they found the following articles in Lopez possession. 72 packages of chewing gum, 6 packages of face powder, 1 box of Menttolatum, 3 bot tles of toilet cream. 23 packages of pills, 1 bottle of oilet water and 5 packages of herbs The man did not discuss his arrest.
