OK TACOMA:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful
for any person to drive or operate
a motor vehicle using an Intermit
combustion engine within the City
of Tacoma without having the
same properly equipped with an
exhaust muffler, or to cut out or
disconnect said muffler while said
vehicle Is being driven or operated.
Section 2. All ordinances and
parts of ordinances In conflict here
with are hereby repented.
Section 3. Any person violating
any of the provisions of this or
dinance shall, upon conviction
thereof, be fined In any sum not
exceeding Ono Hundred Dollars.
