SniitU received word today that the man who was killed Christmas night during a fracas at 24th and Pa cific avenue, was Frank Peter son, a brakeman for the West port Lumber company, at West port, Wash. He was unmarried and had been in a Tacoma hos pital recovering from injuries. The hospital released him a few days before hi« death. John McCorraick, who struck the blow that caused Peterson to fall and fracture his skull, la held in the county jail charted with manslaughter.
