NEW YORK, Oct. 25.—An ex plosion which Inspector Egan of the bureau of combustibles de clares was caused by a dynamite bomb, seriously damaged the in terior of a subway station at I«xlngton avenue and 110 th street today. TWO CENT KAIHK WINNIPEG, Man., Oct. 25. — Canadian Pacific railroad officials announced this afternoon that there will be no strike of train men at r> o'clock this afternoon, as scheduled. The men win a wage increase of two cents an hour. The formal order calling off the strike was sent out this after noon.
