Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of the town of Colville that the annual election of said town will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd, 1907, for the purpose of electing three council men to serve for the term of two years, one councilman to serve for the term of one year, and a city treasurer to serve for the term of one year; also to vote upon the question of raising the town of Colville from a city of the fourth class to a city of the third class. The officers of said election to be W. H. Pryor, inspector; A. F. Perkins and S. F. Sherwood, judges. The polling place to be in the city council room in the Court house in said town, and the polls to be open from 9.00 a. m. until 7.00 p. m. on said day.
