Thanksgiving—let it be to us a dream Of days gone by wherein we saw the hand Of the Grand Architect, benificent To all mankind. Whatever name your thoughts May give to Him, rejoice, for on this day Our fathers paused to offer praises—prayers— In homage to that light sublime which gave To them and theirs this free and bounteous land. With lavish gifts our country opens wide Its stores of wealth, of health, of happiness. With gorgeous colorings and somber hues All nature strives to place before us thoughts Of ju^t reward for honest labor done And kindly solace in good word and deed. All men receive some blessings, great or small. For these this day give thanks. In Attendance at the Institute Colville—J. H. King, Jessie Kinsey, Mrs. W. W. Fordham, J. W.
