NOTICE OF HEARING OF REPORT OF
GUARDIAN'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE.
Notice is hereby given that Jesse Grove, as
guardian of the estate of Bessie Grove and Harold
Grove, minors, has filed in the office of the clerk
of the superior court of the state of Washington,
for Stevens county, his report of a guardian's sale
of all the right, title and interest of said Bessie
Grove and Harold Grove, minors, in and to the
following described real estate, to-wit:
V« undivided interest in lot 10 and the south % of
lot 7 in block 9 of Talmadge's addition to the town
of Newport; 1-16 undivided interest in lots 11, 14,
15, 18 and 19 in block 2 of Talmadge's addition to
the town of Newport, all in Stevens county, state of
Washington; Vs undivided interest in lot 3 and the
west Vi pf lot 2 in block 1 of the town of Milan; V»
undivided interest in lot 2 in block 5 of Mr. Will
iams' addition to the town of Milan; % undivided
interest in the east 40 feet off from lots 9 and 10 in
block 7 of Chandler's Second Addition to the town
of Spokane Falls, now Spokane, all in Spokane
county, state of Washington.
That the said interest of said minors in and to
all of the above described real estate having been
sold at private sale by said guardian on the 7th
day of December, 1907, for the sum of three
hundred and five dollars ($305.00) purchaser to pay
said minors expenses of said sale and said prop
erty being sold subject to all encumbrances and
subject to confirmation by said superior court.
For further particulars regarding the sale of said
real estate reference is hereby made to the said
guardian's return of -sale thereof now on file in
the office of the clerk of said superior court.
That Monday the 13th day of January. 1908, at
the court room of the said superior court in the
town of Colville, in Stevens county, Washington,
at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon of said
day has been appointed by order of said superior
court as the time and place of hearing said report,
at which time and place any person interested in
said estate may appear and be heard upon any
written objections then on file to the confirmation
of said sale.

and defend the above entitled action in the above
entitled court, and answer the complaint of the
plaintiff, and serve a copy of your answer upon

to do, judgment will be rendered against you ac
cording to the demands of the complaint, which
has been filed with the clerk of said court. The

the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment and
