each and every firm or Corporation known or unknown, it
any, having or claiming to have any lien upon or any right,
title, interest or estate in or to said land, and tenements, or
any lot, tract, part, parcel or portion thereof hereinafter d*
scribed in said list as aforesaid, defendant..

parcel and portion of the herelnaftei described lands and
tenements and each and even pet son. firm or corporation
named In the following list as being the owner or owners, oi
reputed owner or owners, according to the tax rolls of Stevens
county, of the lands and tenements or any lot, tract, part,
parcel, or portion thereof, m said i;st hereinafter desc i I
and following their respective name, as set 'nth herein for
the year 1915, and each and every person, limi or corporation,
known or unknown, if any, having ur claiming to have any
ll£n upon, or any right, title, Interest, or estate in or to said
lands and tenements, or any lot, tract, part, parcel or portion
thereof hereinafter described in said li.sts as aforesaid, said
defendants:
The aforesaid defendants ami each of you. are hereby
notified that heretofore there was issued by the county treas
urer of Stevens county. Washington, certain certificate, ol
delinquency, which said certificates Include, cover and em
brace the taxes, penalties. Interest and cost, legally aaaeisei]
aird charged against the lands and tenement, and each uti 1
every lot, tract, part, parcel ana portion thereof, in tlie fol
lowing list hereinafter described and situated in Stevens
ceunty. state of Washington, for tl.e Near 1916 so far as -aid
taxes, penalties, interest-nnd costs at. now due, delinquent
and unpaid; that the amount oi said certificate, ami each of
them against said lands and tenements, agaln.t each and
every lot, tract, part, parcel and portion thereof are several
ly set forth herein for tlie year 1915; that said certificates
were issued and dated as of August I. 1921, ami that each

ef twelve per cent per annum from the day of Issuance of
saXd certificates and each of them thai said certificates and
eafch of them have heretofore been Hied with tlie clerk ol
said court and said certificates and each of them are here ■■
referred to and made a part hereof: and that said certificated
and each of them are now outstanding in full force and ef
feet and unredeemed;
Thai Stevens county is a municipal corporation, created,
organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
rttate of Washington, is the plaintiff heroin and I. the owner
and holder of said certificates of delinquency and each of
them.
That the object of this proceeding is to foreclose said
certificates of delinquency and each of them and the lien for
taxes, penalties, interest and cosis Included, covered by and
embraced in said certificates and each i I them
