View, Tuesday evening. A banquet was given for the fifth degree. Mrs. George Craine left Friday for her home in Yakima. I On the 19th of this month the Del ta Grange Is going to have a big blow out and blow in time, and each Delta Grange lady is requested to bring a cake and be at Hoffman's Hall at 8 p. m. Mrs. George Knittel called on her sister, Mrs.'Ed Fletcher Tuesday af ternoon. George Knittel is breaking in a young colt. Mr. Charles Hall was working with his tractor for George Bergsma last week. After finishing, he skidded right over to George Knittel. Bonnie Oilman ha*- been hauling gravel for Mr. Kranendonk, who Is building a new cellar. Mr. and Mrs. Colbert were Lynden visitors Monday. Mr. and Mrs. William Boehrlnger and children autoed to Lynden Sat urday evening. George Bersgma and William Boehrlnger met again at Lynden. Mr. John Bosman received his thousand chicks and seems to have good luck. Ed Fletcher went to the City of Everson last week. A. F. Colyer is through seeding. The majority of the farmers around here are shipping their milk to the new plant at Lynden. Miss Gayle Walston is working at the poultry association on Saturdays. Mr. and Mrs. George Elder motor to Bellingham Saturday. A Radder and family are settled at their new home. Mrs. Charles Hall called on Mrs. William Boehrlnger last week.
