Order to Show Cause Why Decree of Distribution Should Not Be Made In the Superior Court of Whitman County, State of Washington. In the Matter of the Estate of Rhoda Griffith, deceased. On reading and filing the petition of B. Westerdyke, executor of the es tate of Rhoda Griffith, deceased, set ting forth that he has filed his final account of his administration of the estate of said deceased In this court, and that the same is now in a condi tion to be closed, and the residue thereof distributed to the heirs and legatees entitled thereto; that all the debts and expenses of administration have been duly paid, and that a por tion of said estate remains to be divided among the persons entitled thereto, and praying among other things for an order of distribution of the residue of said estate among the persons entitled. It is ordered that all persons in terested in the estate of Rhoda Grif fith, deceased, be and appear before the Superior Court of Whitman County, State of Washington, at the court room of said court, at Colfax, in said county and state aforesaid, and Saturday, the 22nd day of March, 1913, at 11 o'clock a. m., then and there to show cause why an order of distribution should not be made of the residue of said estate among the heirs and legatees of said de ceased, according to law. It Is further ordered that a copy of this order be published for four successive weeks before the said 22nd day of March, 1913, In the Pull man Herald, a newspaper printed and published In Whitman County, State of Washington.
