An ordinance making it unlawful
for an* person to slide or rough lock
tho wheels of any vehicle on any
paved street within the corporate
limits of the city of Pullman, and
fixing a penalty for the violation of
this ordinance.
The City Council of the City of
Pullman do ordain as follows:
Section I. Thai it shall be unlaw
ful for any person to slide or rough
lock ihe wheels of ' an) vehicle on
an) paved street within Hi.' corpor
ate limits of the city of Pullman.
Section Z. Thai any person vio
lating ihe provisions of this ordin
ance shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof shall be fined in any sum not
exceeding $25 for each offense.
Section 2. Thai all ordinances or
parts of ordinances' In conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section I. That this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from
