After a prolonged attack of typhoid fever, Oeo. M. Allen breathed his last on Tuesday night at ail home on North Second street. He was mending ho rap idly the past few weeks that it is thought he over-estimated bis strength, for on I Sunday he began to sink rapidly until Tuesday evening, when he passed peace fully away.
