Cherry St. Five other Pinoy organizations are assisting the FYA in produc ing this 1962 bazaar. They n clude the Filipino American Women‘s Club, the Filipino Co lumbian Club and Columbianas of the Knights of Columbus and Seaffle Post 6599 and Auxiliary of the therans of Foreign Wars. These along with the FYA’s Teen Club and Princesa Drill Team and Cumbanchero Percus sioneers will provide 15 excit ing booths. Most items for Christmas buy ing will be at a barter, an nounced Bonnie Jo Balagot, moderator general chairman. Bazaar doors will be open from ll am. to ll p.m. The Car nabal is open to the general pub lic. There is no admission charge. This will be the second ship ment of books gathered through out Southwest Washington at the behest of Mrs. Hansen. The origin of the idea was a letter sent to Mrs. Hansen by a Philip pines school principal. The first books were gathered in Cowlitz County by the Longview Lions Club and with the help of Coun ty Supt. of Schools Lydia Cros— by.
