Hot Springs, April 25,—Pros ecuting Attorney Scoggins yes terday afternoon filed an injunc tion suit against the Illinois pool r#om in Chancery Court. The prosecuting attorney asks for a perpetual injunction. The suit.,is. styled the State of Arkansas vs. ’Matt Hormbrook, Free. Litttle Rock, April 25—Will Cullom is alleged to have shot and killed Dr. Dixon, near Eg lantine Tuesday night, and wounded a man named Frazier. Dixon and Frazier, deputy sheriffs, had gone to Cullom’s home to effect his arrest for misdemeanor. The latter came out of his house, it is said, and opened fire on the officers with a Winchester, with the results men tioned. Cullom then escaped.
