That all persons who are engaged or may engage hereafter in the following avocations, trades, occupa tions or business in the corporate limits of the town of De Queen, shall be re quired to take out license and pay for the same at the rate and for the time prescribed in the following enumeration o-ffit: I. Billiard table per month SI.OO I'. Circus each day, $5.00 to $25.00. 3. Menageries each day $25.00. 4. Concerts, minstrels or other shows, operatic, dancing or variety shows, traveling or transient, each day, $5.00. 5. Same when permanent each week, sls 00. A Exhibition or show on streets, sparring, fortune-tellers, horoscopic views, muscle-developers, luug testers, and exhibitions and shows not other wise licensed, for each exhibition or .each day, SI.OO, 7. Gift enterprises or any similar pursuit, per month, $5.00. 8. Masked balls, public, each $2.00. 9. Pawnbroker, per year, $25.00. 10. Patent or specific medicine ven ders or hucksters and peddlers, of same per day $2.60. 11. Peddlers and hi.ckst rs of ne chandise for three months, SI.OO. 12. Shooting galleries per month, $2.60. 13.
