Eugene Wallis came over from Stonington first of the week on business matters. Mrs. Wallis is still very weak from the effects of her long sickness with typhoid fever. Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Brown were, passengers for Lamar Monday. Nichols Bros, were in from Rodley Monday. Geo. Poyner, Ed Sftapleton, Chas. and Chas. E. Wilson took in the cedar'hills this week. John Mier, M. Long, Jake Lasley, 8. C. Smith and C. M. Gordon were Co. seat visitors Monday. The stork left a seven and a half lb. baby girl at the Stewart home Thursday morning. Mrs. C, M. Gordon, Mrs. Ma bel C. Oldem and the Misses Alexander, Johnston and Gor don drove out to the Howell ranch 18 miles west of town last Sunday- W. F. Wagner had a force at work first of the week re-roofing the hotel. The organization of the new bank has been completed and the incorporation papers filed, It will be known as The Farmers State Bank. Mar. 14.—Dear Sir: The purpose of this letter) is to notify the County Judges of each county that the capacity of the Colorado Insane Asylum has been reached and that no more patients can be received: except ns vacancies occur or un- ] til further buildings may be e-j rected. The capacity of this I Asylum is fixed by law and \by the Board of Lunacy Commis sioners under the opinion of the Attorney General handed down Nov. 9, 1912. To avoid any misunderstand ing, will you kindly cooperate with the management and take up the question of admission of any case with the Superintend ent before such case may be started on the way to Pneblo.
