ond term as County Judge, sub

ara. And, whereas, he has had
questions to solve he has always

good of that great, unorganised

had in the council chamber no

for their good—it was to prevent
their sacrifices —that he has kept
us out of war notwithstanding

the representatives of organised
capital urging him to a different
and to thorn more profitable
course. Because of his motives,
therefore, as well as of his
achievements, we extend to him
our sincere gratitude and pledge
him our hearty support.
We congratulate our senators
and representatives in congress
for the careful manner in which
they have looked after the inter
