Miss Minnie Quertermous was visiting with friends and rela tives the latter part of the week. She departed for her home at Ellsworth, Kansas, Sunday even ing. Dr. H. C. Homer, W. S. Moore and two other gentlemen from Arapahoe, whose names we did not learn, but we presume they were land buyers, were in town Monday. Mr. and Mrs. J. A. McCrumb, left for Canon City Colorado last Sunday, where they go to visit their daughter, find R. 8., for a few weeks. They also report as a very likely circumstance that we will get the ood Road Committee to report in favor of the Pikes Peak Trail road, or formerly known as the Golden Belt cut off road.
