Ralph Groff returned home from Colorado Springs Thursday evening of last week, where he has been on a short visit. He like many others, had to come home for the fair. Cheyenne Wells now sports a public drinking fountain, at the southeast corner of ti e court house yard. This is certainly a good move, as that is what has been wanting for some time. It was one of those old fashioned rains, coming in such a manner that the ground drank it up as it came, There being by gov rnment measure 75-100ths of an inch.
