K. this week. Miss Gwathmey is a school teacher of that place, and seems to be a nice young lady. Don’t forget the Mid-Summer Dance at the I. O. O. F. Hall, given for the benefit of the Cheyenne Wells Band. Every body come and help a good cause along. W. H. Bidwell, of Arapahoe, purchased 20 head of nice cattle from Crossan and Turner, Tues day which were certainly fine. He took them to his ranch south of Arapahoe.
