throp, Mo, arrived in Cheyenne
Wells, yesterday and now our

Miss Kathaleen Gwathmey! of
Lathrop Mo is visiting her father,
G. K. this week. Miss Gwathmey
is a school teacher of that place,
and seems to be a nice young
lady.

Cheyenne Wells Band. Every

W. H. Bidwell, of Arapahoe,
purchased 20 head of nice cattle
from Crossan and Turner, Tues
day which were certainly fine.
He took them to his ranch south
of Arapahoe.

to Cheyenne Wells last Sunday
after a short visit in Oklahoma.
J. H. Bidinger, of Arapahoe
brought us in a sample of his corn
that measures over eight feet
and has two ears to the stock.
And yet some people in the East
think Eastern Colorado can raise
nothing but Buffalo grass.
