Our boys were all up on their toes, all the time, and with Gorman in the box and Jardine as back stop the game went on just like clock work. It was a good clean game in every respect but a little one sided to be of much interest and we don’t know who to blame, the ball club or Ben Brown, theump. The visitors were a jolly good bunch of boys and took their de feat with a smile. The score is as follows: Kit Carson—o 01 0 1 000 1— 3 Chey Wells-0 3 4 5 0 2 0 0 *-14 M. E.
