WHEREAS. John P. Cunningham. whose ad
dress is York. Nebraska, grarlor by his Trust Deed,
dated May 10th. 1921. and recorded October 27tn
1991. In the office of the Clerk Recorder. Cheyenne
county. Colo in Book 68. at Page 447. of the Re
cords of said County, conveyed to the Public Trus
tee of said County, the following land In said County
to-wlt: Lots No's Five (5). Six (8). Eleven (H).
Twelve (18). Thirteen (13). Fourteen (14). Nineteen
(19) and Twenty (20). In all comprising the east
half of Section Thirty (30) In Township Sixteen (16) r
Sounth of Range Forty-five (45) West of tho Sixth f
Principal Meridian, and containing 316 and sixty
two one-hundredeths acres accorning to the Gov
ernment survey, in trust to secure the payment of
one principal note of even date with said Trust
Deed for $1,000.00. payable to tho order of F- M.
Snedeker. on or before three years after date with
Interest thereon from date at the rate of seven
per cent- per annum payable annually.
AND WHEREAS. Default has been made bv the
said grantors in said Trust Deed In the performance
of the covenants and conditions Imposed upon him
by the terms of said Trust Deed in this, to-wit:
That said grantor has failed to pay the interest due
on said principal note on May 10th. 1922.
AND WHEREAS. The legal holder of the Indebt
edness represented by said note has filed with said
Public Trustee notice and demand In writing, ce
claring said default and electing to declare the
whole debt represented by said notes and interest
thereon to date of sale due and payable, and de
manding the sale of said land under said Trust
D NOW. THEREFORE. Public Notice is hereby
given that, pursuant to said notice, election and de
mand. and under and by virtue of the authority
vested in me by said Trust Deed and the law. I. R.
A. Pfost. Public Trustee of said Cheyenne County,
will sell the above described land for cash, at pub
lic auction, to the highest bidder at the South Front
door of the County Court House. Cheyenne Wells,
in the County of Cheyenne, and State of Colorado,
on Monday, the 24th day of July. A. D. 1922. at
10 o'clock In the forenoon for the purpose of paying
said note, Interest to date of sale, and the
expenses of this sale, and will give to the pur
chaser thereof a certificate of purchase therefor as
provided by law.

Public Trustee's Sale
WHEREAS. Chris Hickey, whose address is Lin
coln. Nebraska, grantor by his Trust Deed dated
February 10th. 1919, and recorded February 13th
1919. in the office of the Clerk and Recorder, of
Cheyenne County. Colorado, in Book 48 on Page
504, of the Records of said County, conveyed to the
Public Trustee of said County, the following land in
said County, to-wit: The Southwest quarter (SWU)
of Section Thirty-one (31) In Township Twelve (12)
South of Range Forty-tlve (45) West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, containing one hundred and
fifty-four acres, more or less according to the U S
Government survey thereof, in trust to secure the
payment of cm principal note of even date with said
Trust Deed for sr>r»B.2?>, payable to the order of John
Foerster and Francis X. Straessley; five years after
date with interest thereon from date at the rate of
six per cent per annum payable semi-annually and
evidenced by ten interest notes for $16.74 each.
AND WHEREAS. Default has been made by the
said grantor in said Trust Deed in the performance
of the covenants and conditions imposed upon him
by the terms of said Trust Deed in this, towit: That
said grantor has failed to pay the County taxes for
the years 1920 and 1921.
AND WHEREAS. The legal holder of the indebt
edness represented by said note has died with said
Public Trustee, notice and demand in writing, de
claring said default and electing to declare the
whole debt represented by said note and interest
thereon to date of sale due and payable, and de
manding the sale of said land under said Trust
Dead.
NOW THEREFORE, Public Notice is hereby given
that, pursuant to said notice, election and demand
and under and by virtue of the authority vested in

Public Trustee of said Choyenne county, will sell
the above described land for cash, at public auction
to the highest bidder at the south front door of the
County Court House, at Cheyenne Wells, in the
