Clerk * office of the District Court of Cheyenne
County end State of Colorado, and to me directed,
whereby lam commanded to make the sum of
Five Thousand Seven Hundred Slaty-two and Forty
three One-hundredth Dollars. ($8,769.43) and
costs of suit, the amount of a certain Judgment re
cently obtained acainst A. J. Kaufmann in favor o(
B. D. Piatt out of the lands, tenements, goods and
chattels of the said A. J. Kaufmann. I have levied
on the following property to-wit: The Nortneast
Quarter (NEK) of Section Twenty-eight (28) in
Township Fourteen (14) South of Range Forty-four
(44) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in the
County of Cheyenne and State of Colorado.

by their Trust Deed, dated March 1, 1920. and
recordad In the office of the Clark and Recorder
of Cheyenne County. Colorado, in Book S 8 at
Page 155. of the Records of said County, conveyed
to the Public Trustee of said County the following
