Daad dated November 4th 1920. and recorded
In the office ef the Clerk and Recorder, of Chey
enne County. Colorado, la Book 58 on Page 267.
of [the Records of said County, conveyed to the
Public Trustee of said County, the following land in
said County, to-wlt: The South slaty-nine feet of
Lots E. F. C. H, I, J. and K. in Block 24 of Down
inis Sub-division Intha Original Town of Chey
enne Wells. in trust to secure the payment of one
principal note of even date with said Trust Deed for
$5000,00 payable to the order of M. M. Lenihan
one year after date with interest thereonfrom date
at the rate of ten per cent per ennum payable at
maturity.
AND WHEREAS. Default hes been made by the
said grantor in said Trust Deed in the performance
of the covenants and conditions Imposed upon him
by the terms of said Trust Deed In this, towit: That
said grantor has failed to pay said principal note
when due and has failed to pay the interest due on
said principal note since Novembor 4th. 192/.
AND WHEREAS. The legal holder of the indebt
edness represented by said note has filed with saio
Public Trustee, notice and demand in writing, de
claring said default and electing to declare tht
whole debt represented by said note and interes*
thereon to date of sale due and payable, and de
manding the sale of said land under said Trust
Deed.
NOW THEREFORE. Public Notice is hereby given
that pursuant to said notice, election ana demand
and under and by virtue of the authority vested in
