Tue Stats Agricaltural Society at Cedartown adopted a resolution requesting Gov. Gordon to set apart Thursday, Oct. 17, asa day of special thanksgiving for boun teous harvests and protection from %Pidemics and destructive storms. he Btate Farmers’ Alliance at Macon adopted a similar resolution. Therefore throughout Georgin on Oct. 17 epecial thanksgiving ser vices will be held.
