manders of the Mexican gunboats
Bravo and Zaragoza at Tampico to
day appealed to Rear Admiral Mayo

necticut. It is probable that as the
high sea goes down the Dolphin or
some other American vesssl will go
up the Panuco River. It is learned
that before the Federals evacuated
Tampico they hlew up the barracks.
