Nardelli Following is a lifct of documents filed for record at the county seat from east ern Graham county for the week ending December 14, 1899: Markeen Copper Co. locates Nuw York placer in Greenlee dist. Francisco Norte to James C. Bartlett and wife, deed to lot 31, San Francisco addition, Clifton. Sixto Garcia locates La Corona mine in Copper Mountain district. Wm. E. Spaw and wife to B. F. Bil lingsley, deed to lot 3 and north lot 2 in block 2, Duncnn. James T. Tong arid wife to James R. Kicks, deed to lots 8 and 9 in block 1, Dunc.n. J. P. Alexander, who lives on Black River, lost, by theft, during his absence, 125. The robbers were caught near Safford and part of the money recovered. The thieves were bound over to the next grand jury. In the steer tying contest at the Phoe nix carnival, Ed. Harroll, of Gila county, I carried off first honors, with a record of 36 seconds ; Walter Cline, of Phoenix, second, and Doc Goodin, third. The Southern Pacific railroad sent out from El Paso a train load of cattle con taining 40 cars. This is said to have been the largest train load of cattle ever hauled over any railroad in the world. At a steer roping contest at San An tonio, Texas, recently, all records were smashed. There were 18 entries, out of which the following were the money takers: Bob Mills, 27 1-5 seconds; Bus ter Gardner, 29 1-5, and Bob Heller, 32. CLIFTON AND MORENC STAGE LINE. -S. W. Shannon, of Clifton, one of the stalwart democrats of the Territory and former internal revenue collector of Ari zona and New Mexico, arrived in the city on the belated southern train this morning.
