Article I
The names of the corporators f this cor-
L oration are, Peter Riley. D. Mason, D. K.
lason, O. L. Coffee, Joan Christy and J.
.YVakeheia.
Article II
The name of the corporation shall be ''The
White Mountain Lumber Company" oi Clit
lon, Arizona.
Article III
The office and principal place for the trans
action of the business of this corporation
shall be at Cliftou. County of i.reenlec. Ter
ritory of Arizona.
Article IV
The general nature of the business pro
posed to be transacted snail be to buy. own.
lease or otherwise acquire timber and tim
ber lands, to encage ,u buying and selling
lumber and buitdiuK materials 01 every kind
and description, both at wiiolesale and re
tail, to build, own. oirate and control mills
for the manufacture of lumber and building
materials, and to buy. own, hold, use and
operate steam, electric, water or other i
power for the purjKe oi operating the
mills, and all other mechanical or industrial ,
plants of this corporation, and to use and ex
ercise a 1 other rights and privileges, powers
and franchises necessary to enable this cor- i
poration to carry on, ana into enect, tne ou
jects and purposes of its ereaticn.
Article V
The amount of the capital stock of this
corporation shall be Seven Hundred and
ufiy thousand (S750.OO0.CU) dollars, divided in
to seveuty-dve thousand shares, of the par
value of Ten (I0) dollars j.er share, and saia
capital stock shall be fully paid up at the
date of issuance, or at any such time as the
Board of directors may designate, in money,
propertv, labor or any other valuable riht
or thing, and the judgment of the Hoard oi
Directors cr other managing ofneers as to the
value thereof, shall be conclusive.
Article VI
This corporation is formed to endure for
the term of twenty -live years, from ami attt-r

ation are duly executed.
Article VII
The affairs of this corporation, and its
management and control shall ie coudutte
by a board of six directors, to be elected at
the annual meeting of the stockholders,
which nhall be at the office of die company.
In Clifton. Arizona, on the first Monday ol
