Notice and Call for Election at close Due Cash State of Idaho, 'j County of Ada, \ A petition for the formation of a Highway District in Ada county to be known as Independent Highway Dist rict No. 2, having been filed with me in accordance with law, Now, Therefore, by virtue of such petition and the authority by law vest ed in me, I, Stephen Utter, Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of Ada county, State of Idaho, hereby give notice that an election will be held in said proposed Highway Dist rict In Ada county on yie 2flth day of December, 1012, for the purposiKif de terminiiig whether or not the säme shall be organized under the provisions of an act of the legislature of the State of Idaho, entitled "An Act to provide for the organization and government of a Highway District etc., approved March 8th, 1011." The boundaries of said proposed district are as follows, to-wit: ss. Beginning at the East Quarter corn er of Section 31 in Township 3 North, Hange 1 East, Boise Meridian, thence West along the half section line to the West Quarter corner of Section 33 in Twp. 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, and being the West line of said Ada County, thence South along the West line of Ada county to the Southwest corner of Section 33 in Township 2 North, Rge 1 west, thence west along said Ada county line to the Southwest corner of Section .31 in Twp. 2, North, Range 1 West, .thence South along the West line of said Ada conn ty to the North hank of the Snake 9th river, thence Easterly along the North j bank up said Snike river to the Boise ! Meridian line, thence North along the ! Boise Meridian line to the Northwest corner of Section 6 in Township 1 North, Range 1 East, thence East to i the Northea<*t corner of said Section 61 Twp. 1 North, Range 1 East, thence j No r th along the Section line to the j point of beginning. The name of the proposed district is designated in the said petition as In dependent Highway District No 2, and a map thereof showing the lands in cluded within said district is on file in my office.
