Notice is hereby given. That the Pioneer Irrigation District will on the 14th day of November, 1921, at two o'clock P. M. of said day, receive bids at the office of said District in Cald well, Idaho, for Issue No. 1 of the Fifth Bond Series of said District, amounting bonds are for $500.00 January 1, 1921, and bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable semiannually, and said bonds and interest become due to $100,000.00. Said each, dated as pro vided by Section 4360 of the Idaho Compiled Statutes of 1919. Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Directors of the Pio neer Irrigation District at its office in Caldwell, Idaho, for the purchase of said bonds, until two o'clock P. M. of said day, at which time said Board will open said proposals. Bids will not be accepted for less than par value and accrued interest. Bids will be considered for all or any part of said issue and the Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Each proposal must be accompanied by certified check payable to the Treas urer of said District in the sum of five per cent of the sum bid, to in sure good faith on ihe part of the bidder, said check to be forfeited to the District in case the said bid is accepted and said bidder shall fuse or fail to complete the purchase of said bonds on or before December 1, 1921.
