Pursuaut to a resolution of the Board of Trustees of School District No. 64, in the county of Nez Perce, State of Idaho, duly entered on the 1st day of August, 1903, an election was held in aaid district on the 15th day of August, 1903, for the purpose of determining whether the trus tees of said district be authorized to i a ane bonds in tbe sum of $1000 00, payable January ist, 1913, to bear interest at 5 per cent, per annum, interest payable semi annually, for the purpose of repair^ ing and seating tbe school house in said district, aud at said election more than two-thirds of the votes cast being ia favor of said proposition, and the board of trustees having be eu authorized to issue the same.
