Ora L, Kennedy and Susan K. Schaffer,
partners as Kennedy & Schaffer, has
been this day dissolved; that Ora L. Ken
nedy succeeds to the business of said firm,
retaining all the assets and assuming and
paying all the liabilities thereof.

order of sale of real estate should not be
made. In the matter of the estate of Henry
James, deceased. Julius E- Hoppey, the
administrator of the estate of Henry
James, deceased, having filed in this court
his petition duly verified, pray ing lor an
order of sale of all the real estate of said
estate for the purposes therein set forth.
It is therefore ordered that all persons
interested in said estate of said Henry
James, appear before this said probate
court on the 27th day of December, 19 °°'
at the hour of 10 o'clock a. tn. of sait!
day, at the courtroom of said court at the
court house in the City of Lewiston,
County of Nez Perce, State of Idaho, to
show cause why an order should not be
granted to the said administrator to sell all
of the real estate of the said estate and

least four successive wetks in the Daily
Teller, a newspaper printed and pu >
